If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

  1. Ty Lawr stables offered very comfortable, wonderfully quiet and peaceful accommodation, set in the gardens of the owner’s home. It is beautifully clean and ship-shape and has a very welcoming feel. There is everything you need in the cottage and while it is secluded at the end of a private drive, it is only a few minutes walk to the local shop, post office, etc. The location is very good for walkers and for driving to nearby beaches and a host of other places of interest. I would recommend it to couples looking for a lovely little retreat. Sept 2012.
  2. A very well furnished accommodation - cutlery, pots, cleaning equipment, books, 2 tvs - everthing that you could want. Lovely views, even in the rain and a very quiet environment. June 2012.
  3. The accommodation is more spacious than appears from the information and pictures and includes a convenient covered drying area (good for our bikes) and dryer - much appreciated in damp weather! It is also one of the best equipped cottages we have rented - you really only need clothes and personal items. There are lots of books and games and a file full of local information and maps. The views of Snowdonia are fantastic and, when the sunshines, the garden is beautiful with places to sit and just watch and listen. A little gem. June 2012.

  1. This is the second time we have used this cottage and really enjoyed out stay. We would use it again. The owner very friendly but leaves you alone they are there if needed. The cottage has everything you need kitchen well equipped. Would recommend. Oct 2012.
  2. The cottage was superb, contents beautifully co-ordinated, extremely comfortable beds, impressive power shower, comprehensive collection of DVD’s. The patio to the front caught the morning sun and the rear patio had afternoon sun to sunset with beautiful views over farmland to the sea. Perfect location for proximity to local harbour and coastal walks. We were greeted with scones and tea/coffee. The owners were on hand if needed but not intrusive. I can recommend this property without hesitation - perfection!!! June 2012.

It was a ’lovely single story cottage just right for us as I am disabled waking up in the morning to the view of water, hills, and sheep was amazing the sheep were outside our garden, also the birds, rabbits, hares and other wildlife was amazing to watch and an enclosed space for our dog gave us peace of mind to really enjoy our break.   5. Lovely location. Well placed for access to the coastal walks and the village. Pub in village sells good food. No setee. Fridge at knee height involving much bending over. Overall though a great find. April 2012.
  6. The cottage was in a secluded location and only 5 minutes walk to the shops and sea front. The owners were friendly and always available. There was milk, tea, coffee and lovely scones waiting for us when we arrived - a real treat. The views of fields and the sea were beautiful, I would recommend this property to any one wanting peace and quiet. April 2012.

  3. Although basic it was clean. I liked the fact that lots of towels were provided, there was a log burner which was needed on chilly evenings and there was plenty of hot water and a nice private garden. May 2010.

Good Restaurant: Annes Pantry, Molfre. The cottage was very pleasant and James, the owner, was very attentive and helpful. The cottage was quite small. The location was idyllic. Aug 2009.

  2. Kings house is very well situated, the house its self is very deceiving from the outside but was fantastic throughout. We will all hopefully be visiting again next year. June 2012.
  3. Kings House is a beautiful surprise, waiting behind an unassuming doorway. We loved the mixture of elegant antique furniture, with the modern comfort of big squashy sofas, good comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen and utility room. The layout of the house also meant that a large family group could be together for meals and social chit chat - then be able to potter in their own space, without being on top of each other. The main bathroom is probably ready for that long awaited nice new antique styled bath, in place of the aged, re-coated old enamel bath that is sadly still there. Sept 2011.

  1. The most fabulous location ever. We will return again and again! May 2012.
  2. It was a fabulous location with amazing views. We were very comfortable in the cottage and the heating worked well, which was essential in February. It was lovely getting up in the morning and being unable to hear anything outside except for birds and gentle lapping of the waves. My two German Shepherd dogs were very impressed with it’s position and enjoyed a swim in the sea before breakfast every day! Feb 2012.
  3. For the second time at Blue Sails we thoroughly enjoyed our week’s holiday. Although the weather wasn’t great we were very comfortable in Blue Sails. It felt like a home from home. Cosy and comfy. Have already booked to go back next year. Oct 2011.

  6. A very unusual property, 2 bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a further one downstairs, the stairs are very steep and unsuitable for toddlers. Very basic kitchen but large dining room and lounge. The views and position of the house make the cottage as they are fabulous. Feb 2011.

The accommodation whilst being everything you need is also homely enough that you feel completely relaxed and at home.   2. We were very pleased with our stay in Y Potel Ink, everything we required including a large secure garden for our dog to play in. The owners are extreemly thoughtful and helpful. We made the stupid mistake of not reviewing our documents and assumed we had booked saturday to saturday. we should have left on the Friday, Mr and Mrs Lea Wilson were packing our belongings when we returned late friday morning, we were very embarrassed but they were so kind and understanding. Thank you. One of our best holidays. June 2012.
  3. Lovely accommodation in rural setting; safe enclosed garden. Lovely sandy beaches not too far away. Nice area if you are into walking or cycling; you definitely need a car. April 2012.
  4. The property was well located for walking the dog and it was quiet, even though it was close to the road. It was well located for Newborough beach and forest, which is a must to visit, and Beaumaris. The Menai bridge is also in close proximity. The property was well looked after and was very comfortable, although it could have done with a bit more seating for watching the television. On the whole, it was very comfortable and well worth the weekly tarriff and we would certainly stay there again. South Stack is well worth a visit if you like birds and wonderful views. Also Red Wharf Bay is worth visiting with a good restaurant, (The Boat House) which is open all day. March 2012.

  1. The cottage is situated in an excellent location with many places to visit within a reasonable distance. The cottage itself was very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Having the conservatory meant that even during the poorest weather we could still enjoy the panoramic views over the open countryside and Red Wharf Bay. The Barra Brith and butter were a nice welcoming touch. The toiletries pack were also a nice touch and showed the thought that has gone into the presentation of this cottage. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and hope to visit again next year. Sept 2012.

This cottage must rate as one of the very best, it was very well equipped and had all the facilities we needed for our first holiday with our son and his wife and our 8 month old grandson. The area of Anglesey and and Snowdonia as usual were superb. The weather was incredible - we were very fortunate. We hope to return to this cottage soon if possible.   2. This is a delightful holiday house, adjacent to the beach and with marvellous views. The bathrooms were excellent. It is very well equipped generally and the local caretaker is most helpful. The one thing that we would have appreciated is an outside tap for rinsing feet and wetsuits etc from sand and salt water. In recommending it to others we would need to explain that it is not exactly secluded because of parking kite and wind surfers and crowds on the beach just below the garden wall - weather permitting!   4. The property is in an excellent position, close to all amenities and ideal for our children. Being a bungalow, it was ideal for one of our children who is in a wheelchair.     1. We booked this house for the second time - as a group activity holiday. We are all writers, and the space and atmosphere in and around the house is perfect for writing. We hope to book the house again either for later this year or early next year. Also - there are enough bedrooms (7) for everyone to have their own room. March 2012.

    4. This house was perfect for our needs - a group of writers who needed space to work, and a good place to come together and enjoy the evenings. The bay is lovely, and one does become accustomed to the frequent fly-overs of jets from Valley. It would also be an excellent place for a family, or several families! for a summer holiday. The garden is big - plenty of room for children, and there’s a trampoline! March 2011.

    9. All 3 lounges were comfortable and the dining area was ideal for the size of our group. However, the bathrooms were not up to standard, i.e. they are in need of immediate modernisation.     12. The information on the website just doesn’t do this house justice - it is fantastic. Comfortable, stylish but without being precious - somewhere you feel instantly at home. It’s is so big, and having wooden flooring downstairs was ideal as the party included 2 dogs. The beach really is just across the road, and is fantastic. A minutes walk leads to a very nice pub doing food much better than the usual pub fare, and there are walkable shops for the basics. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. April 2009.

    1. Property was in a lovely position - quiet but accessible to mainland Wales. Our party enjoy walking so the island was ideal as there are lovely coastal walks - some straight from the door. We had three days visiting places in northern Wales e.g. Bodnant Garden, Penrhyn Castle, but we were quite happy exploring Anglesey. May 2012.
    2. A fantastic house with amazing views and all the comforts of home. Superb location, you can just relax and enjoy the views and stroll along to the Ship Inn for a meal and a few beverages. We also enjoyed visiting St David’s Caravan Park, which was just up the hill or you can reach via the Coastal trail path, they served superb food and with a beautiful setting. Of course you can also use your car and explore beautiful Anglesey, so much choice. Best of all take your own bottle of wine and a few plastic glasses and enjoy sitting on the beach! We hope to return and would 100% recomend. May 2012.
    3. Have rented lots and lots of houses in Uk, France, spain, portugal and this was probably the best one for location and the house itself, which was perfect. Would highly recommend. April 2012.

    6. The location of the property is just brilliant, and the changes to the light and weather make the view a constantly fresh experience. The wind can be a bit noisy but that’s just a minor niggle when you take into account every other plus of the house.
