Bedroom 1: With king size bed.

Air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. External utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine which can be used with prior arrangement with the owner. 1 well behaved dog welcome, must be kept on a lead (small holding). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Crab Apple cottage is just 8 miles from Abergavenny and just 3.8 miles from Usk. Situated in the lovely village of Nant-y-derry on the owners small holding with sheep, horses, hens, a flock of doves and of course and orchard with crabapples trees where they produce their own apple juice. Crabapple Cottage was renovated to a high standard in 2021, the property comprises of large open plan living and dining area. Close to the historic little town of Usk with its fairy tale castle, independent shops, many pubs and famous floral decorations. The appealing village of Raglan, 8 miles away, has a castle, pubs, farm shop, gliding club and an award-winning butcher. The area is in the heart of historic and beautiful county of Monmouthshire, with its myriad attractions and eateries. Tintern Abbey is definitely a must see as is the market town of Abergavenny, which hosts the famous food festival in September each year. Monmouth, 16 miles away, has a lovely wide high street packed with famous name shops and independent shops too, along with a number of pubs and eateries. Golf courses abound and there is excellent walking in the Brecon Beacons, Offa’s Dyke, Wye, and Usk Valley walk runs right past the property..
