Cui Shepherds Hut is located within walking distance of the lovely Talybont on Usk, sat on a 300-year-old Welsh mountain pony stud with fabulous views of the rolling countryside. It is also a great location for star gazers as the property is in the Brecon Beacons National Park and is an International Dark Sky reserve. Talybont- on- Usk has a fabulous village shop and café, bike hire and plenty of pubs that serve food and all within a short walk.
Situated in an enclosed lawned area with picnic table and fire pit, Cui Shepherds Hut is not your average shepherds hut, it has a double bed, a wood burner for those chillier nights, a sofa, and a short distance (approximately 6 metres) from the hut is your very own rustic kitchen and dining area, your own private shower room.
There is plenty to see and do in the area, for those cycling enthusiasts why not take a ride down the Monmouthshire canal into Brecon which is around 5 miles away with its mass of history including the Regimental Museum of The Royal Welsh, Brecon Cathedral- great for a meander in the sunshine. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and galleries to visit too.
