All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With wood burner, 32" Freeview Smart TV, DVD player, CD player and tiled floor.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £5 per bag. Large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Wood-fired hot tub for 6 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: No infants. There are slopes in the garden.

With splendid views out over the valley, Graig Llwyd is tucked away in a quiet area and boasts a warming wood burner in the living room. The delightful wood-fired hot tub can be found in the garden above the house, and together with the covered barbecue area, it makes a great place to relax and take in the views. There are two pubs in the village, just half a mile down the road, one of which serves a great selection of delicious Welsh food. With walks from the door, this is an ideal place for nature lovers to explore the area.
A short distance away is the north Wales coast, with sandy beaches, the Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay, and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno with the famous Great Orme’s Head. Historic Conwy, with its mighty castle and town walls is well worth a visit, as is Betws-y-Coed, home to the exciting Zip World Fforest tree top nets and coaster activity centre. Beach 6 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
