There is a further double bedroom with additional single, the perfect family room, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers.Upstairs offers up a spacious, open plan living space stretching the whole length of the property with large beams, exposed brick work and modern spot lights as well as a cosy wood burner, large flat screen TV and sumptuous red leather sofas. French doors then lead down to the garden where children and pets can explore the 15 acres of land.Glynarthen is just 4 miles inland from the seaside village of Aberporth. This secluded coastal haven has two sandy beaches with waters which are frequented by bottlenose dolphins, harbour porpoises and basking sharks. To ensure you get the best viewing point head along the Wales Coast Path which runs north of the village towards Tresaith. Plenty of amenities can be found further south at Cardigan, 10 miles.
