The open plan living space is divided into two sections with the living room having an impressive wood-burning stove, ideal for the cooler months, TV, Wi-Fi and comfy fabric sofas. Moving through to the kitchen/dining room, there is a large farmhouse table and chairs, and limestone flooring. The main bedroom is light, has high ceilings and boasts a king size bed and en-suite with a shower room and toilet. The second double is slightly smaller but equally as attractive. The third and final bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. The barn also has a generous amount of outside space with an enclosed lawn and patio to the front from which you can allow dogs and children to play in relative safety.

You are just 200 yards from the local pub and restaurant and a stone’s throw from Abermawr Bay, a dog friendly sand and pebble beach ideal for fishing, swimming and surfing. A short drive brings you to the historic city of St David’s, the smallest city in Wales. Visit the magnificent cathedral, explore the nearby Pembrokeshire Coast or take a trip to Grassholm Island to see the large amount of nesting gannets. All on the ground floor:
